This Privacy Policy describes how Your Move (the "App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information such as your name or email address. Player names and game settings you enter are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
The App displays advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may automatically collect certain information through advertising technologies, including:
We do not control the data collected by Google for advertising purposes. This data is collected and processed in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
Information collected through advertising is used to display ads, including personalized ads where permitted, to measure ad performance, and to help prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region requiring it, the App will present a consent message before showing personalized advertising, using Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). You may choose whether to allow personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time through the App or your device settings.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove advertising. Purchases are processed by the Google Play billing system. We do not receive or store your payment details; these are handled entirely by Google. Once the purchase is active, ad-related data collection described above no longer applies.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address it.
Because the App does not use accounts and does not store your personal information on our servers, the data you create in the App (such as player names and saved game settings) stays on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
